Positive: Everything was perfect, the food in the restaurant was some of the best we have found in Bulgaria. All the staff went above and beyond to make our stay great.

Positive: Staffs were very kind, helpful, and caring. The room was very specious and spotlessly clean. There was a nice hiking spot just behind the hotel. There were very delicious local restaurants just around the corner. It's very quiet at night. I really wish I could stay longer.

Negative: The hotel was located on a steep slope and I go a bit scared while driving. Because it was very quiet at night, when someone was on the phone outside, I could hear his voice pretty loudly.
